The 4 R's
Wondering what R4 stands for?
Raise-up. Restore. Rebuild. Retreat.
It's about meeting you in the season that you are in.
You may be experiencing a crisis. Something might be off-kilter. You desperately need new rhythms in your life. Or maybe you are at a crossroads and want a safe place to explore the dream or vision taking root in your heart.
At R4 there is a place for you ... how will you RSVP to the invitation?
The 4 R's came about when I was drawn to and spent time pondering Isaiah 58:12-14. R4 exists to pour into people in different seasons of life, not just in the crisis. I am committed to joining God in raising-up, restoring and rebuilding lives and relationships. I am passionate about inviting people into rest and retreat that touches mind, body, spirit and soul.

Change is occurring, something new is budding. Perhaps you are in a "cross roads" season. You are considering what your next faithful step might be. This can be a time of excitement and nervousness. During such moments of new beginnings and transitions it is often beneficial to have someone journey with you.

"Something is not quite right" but you keep on going. You notice that something is off-kilter within yourself or in your relationship. You are aware that there are areas in your life that are damaged and while they have not fully fallen apart (yet), attention needs to be given. I work with people who may be experiencing:
- relational disconnection
- anxiety and depression
- shame and guilt
- depletion and dissatisfaction
- anger and restlessness
It's not what you expected ... The news. The phone call. The diagnosis. The confession. The event. Life has fallen apart around you. Even the foundation is cracked and crumbling. Perhaps you find yourself in a season of loss, grief, betrayal, pain or devastation. That path is hard to travel on your own or as a couple. I am able to provide compassionate and skilled therapeutic services.
- marriage counseling
- grief counseling
- crisis counseling
- addiction counseling
Rest ... it is not a luxury, it is a necessity. You are recognizing that new rhythms need to be established in your life. Allow me to give you permission to rest, reflect and make intentional changes in your life. We know that we all have those days when we feel tired, stuck, stressed and irritable, but is this a chronic condition and way of life? Perhaps now is the time to retreat from life's demands and discern what God is inviting you into. Guided retreats for:
- Leadership teams and church staff
- Women's groups
